Privacy policy

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms (quote requests, listing claims, add-a-listing and advertising interest): for example your name, phone, email, city and rental needs. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies at this time. If you use the "near me" button, your location is used only inside your browser to sort results and is never sent to us.

How forms are processed

Form submissions are delivered to the site owner through a third-party form service, which stores them under its own privacy policy. While a form shows a "preview" notice, nothing is sent at all.

Quote requests are shared

If you submit a quote request and tick the consent box, we share your request and contact details with equipment rental businesses in that area so they can contact you about a quote. Those businesses may contact you by phone or email. We do not sell your information for unrelated purposes.

Maps

Map tiles load from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address as with any web request.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, use the contact form. We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle them.

Changes

If we add analytics or ad networks, we will update this page first.
